Teams overview
A shared workspace for trading teams. Founding or joining a team, how the team area is laid out and the roles.
Teams is the shared workspace of a trading team. Boards, calendar and roadmaps live in one place, and every member has a role with fixed rights.
The platform's interface is in German. This section names buttons and menu entries as they appear on screen and explains them in English.
Access
Teams is open to every account, regardless of plan. You find your teams in the dashboard under Teams.
Founding or joining a team
Under Teams in the dashboard you have two options:
- Found a team. You give the team a name and are its owner from then on.
- Join. You enter the invite code you received from an owner or admin.
How to invite others is described under Members and roles.
The team area
Clicking a team opens the team area with its own sidebar. It has a single level, one entry per module:
| Entry | Contents |
|---|---|
| Übersicht (overview) | The team's board, with the calendar as a second view. See Board and calendar. |
| Workflows | Roadmaps in which tasks sit as connected steps |
| Mitglieder (members) | Who is in the team, with role, and inviting. See Members and roles. |
A link at the top of the sidebar takes you back to the dashboard. A command palette lets you jump to any module from the keyboard.
Roles in brief
| Role | What it may do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including renewing the invite code, assigning roles and transferring the team |
| Admin | Invite and manage members, delete cards, manage lists, labels and projects |
| Moderator and member | Read, create, move and comment on cards, take them over, upload attachments, edit their own cards |
On the board: every member may read, create and move cards; editing is for whoever created the card plus owners and admins; deleting is for owners and admins only. The interface hides what you may not do, and the server also refuses it, even if someone bypasses the interface. Details are under Board and calendar.
